Owner/tech Jose Rivas was such a GREAT pleasure to do business with. When first met him, after getting 2 other quotes from other companies, we liked him immediately and we decided we wanted him. When installation day came he had 2 other techs Lennon and Juan. Also 2 amazing people. Very professional, excellent work ethics. They spent 2 full days at my house as did both full alarm system and cameras security system. I was so thrilled with them I bought them 2 pizzas day 1 (wow can all 3 eat) LOL.
Next day I made them eat thick 12" Italian subs.
Anyways, they did a great job in installing everything. All was clean when they finished...Owner/tech Jose Rivas was such a GREAT pleasure to do business with. Jose came back 3rd night to do install of all apps on TV, cell phones, and connections and registrations with companies. Final camera adjystments and showed us fully how to use both systems and best part, He said was. "Don't worry if need help or more questions, call me anytime I'm here for you". he handles all customer service for systems AND ALL TECH ISSUES. Wow. Couldn't ask or want anything more.
We hope not to be pain in the butt customers, we are grateful we found him through internet searching and so glad we chose him and his amazing company. HE is the BEST and I so highly recommend him to anyone. Now I can sleep and go away on vacations and feel safe knowing home is protected and monitored as well as check on my home through the cell app when away or even home which is so easy to use. The picture and camera quality is so clear, vivid and amazing.

Jose was a Great guy to deal with he came over after my recent break in and told me the best locations for my camera system. I agreed with everything. Took him 2 days to install 12 cameras I can watch from my phone and Tv it's awesome wish I had it before the break in. I would highly recommend Jose and his company to do your home or business best part was he's cheaper than the alarm companies around the North shore. Won't say who but are in the Lynn Area.
