Finally, he ordered the part and replaced my laptop screen but unfortunately, the touchscreen and colors were not working but the vendor was not ready to accept that part was faulty. Shawn ordered for a new part again and replaced the screen. He did so without charging a single additional penny from me and took the whole hit himself.
