Prime HVAC LLC did an excellent job from start to finish. Our HVAC technician, Dawson, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He clearly explained the issue with our outdoor unit and replaced the fan motor quickly and correctly. The work area was left clean, and everything was tested to make sure the system was running properly before he left. I really appreciated Dawson’s honesty and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values quality workmanship and customer service. I highly recommend Prime HVAC LLC and would absolutely use them again.

I highly recommend Prime HVAC and Peter. From his communication, attention to details, and expertise, Peter can be trusted to do what he says he will do. Peter took time to explain why our current system needed replaced, laid out options and then gave time for us to make a decision. He communicated well throughout the entire process, arrived when he said he would, worked full days and cleaned up after himself each day as if my home was as important as his.

This company is highly professional. They did a great job working with our warranty company and installing a new HVAC system in our parents house. They were courteous and very quick to get it all done. Communication was thorough. I highly recommend.
