Honest, trustworthy, professional auto shop. I needed my brakes done and I didn't have the key to my tires. I was frustrated and overwhelmed and they were patient and gave me several options. They executed well with friendly service.

Took my vehicle there that was overheating. I had told them I installed the thermostat backwards and they told me they replaced it and also replaced the water pump. At that point the car was still overheating and they said the engine is likely damaged and told me I should just return the vehicle where I bought it. I paid for the work they did. Come to find out at another local garage, it was the radiator and they found the thermostat was backwards, meaning Prime Auto was dishonest about fixing the thermostat. Thanks to another garage, I am back on the road and the vehicle is no longer overheating. Will not be returning here.
