my experience with this company was not great . I found the mechanics very good . the owner is running a business that smells like failure .had appointment for 8:30 no one showed up for three hours . other customers arrived and complained phone number for shop no longer in operation . owners other phone number not answered mailbox full and lastly owner not accepting credit cards only cash or bank check . once again mechanics are very good !!

Paid Prices Garage $1600 for brake work (front and rear pads and rotors, and one caliper). Three weeks later started hearing brakes squealing and a rubbing sound when backing up. Contacted shop owner. Dropped car off the following afternoon. Car sat untouched for 10 days. Contacted shop owner again. Owner said brake pads were defective and new ones would be installed. Picked car up a few days later. On the drive home (less than 2 miles) heard same squealing brakes and same rubbing noise when backing into my garage. Contacted shop owner again. Described problem and asked for refund. Owner refused refund and asked me to drop car off again. I re...Paid Prices Garage $1600 for brake work (front and rear pads and rotors, and one caliper). Owner refused refund and asked me to drop car off again. I refused and told him I was going to take it to a different repair shop to have the brake work done again. Offered to bring back all NAPA parts that shop installed on my car. Asked for refund again. Owner refused. Called NAPA customer service. Was asked to email copy of receipt and screenshot of text message conversation between me and the owner. Ended up in an endless email loop where customer service kept asking for the same documentation over and over and over. Huge waste of time. Huge disappointment.
Owner should do the right thing. At the very least owner should refund the price of the parts.
This review will disappear if refund is issued.
Expensive lesson learned.

Josh was highly recommended. He told me an exact price, stood by it, and showed me exactly what he was going to do to rebuild my transmission. He even added a nice yellow matching paint job to the transmission casing at no extra cost. I will definitely recommend him for transmission and any other repairs. Very fair and honest.

It took about 2 months to put in a transmission they said would take about a week. On top of that when they said it was done the starter no longer works now they have stopped answering phone calls. I now have a truck that doesnt work when I paid them 7500 to fix it. This company is a joke I would reccomend you take your busniess elsewhere.
