Prestige seems to have lost their way. In the past year I have wasted (unknowingly) a lot of time shopping here. First the slab for a kitchen island. Which was broken "upon delivery". They never informed us of the damage kept us waiting unnecessarily twice. First wrong slab delivered (broken), correct slab delivered broken and basically unusable. Sales staff appeared apathetic and uninterested. We then shopped for flooring. The sales staff at the flooring place were very personable and accommodating but after an entire summer going back a forth to insure the correct choice we were sent flooring that did not match the sample in the store. Literally discovered the day that the floor was to be installed. Yet another delay to our project. I truly believe we gave the benefit of the doubt to this retailer but they continued to be insensitive and somewhat arrogant in their handling of these three situations which literally took 6 months of our time. The holidays are here and we're still trying to recover from this experience due mostly due to loss of time.
