Maynard called immediately after I requested a quote for flooring in my new house. He was able to work with me from a distance (I hadn’t moved to Ohio yet). He took pictures and sent them to me as the project progressed. His work was meticulous! Everything turned out beautifully. I am so happy with my floors!
The entire project went without a hitch. Maynard visited my house the day after I requested a quote, sent me a fair quote the next day, and installed my new hardwood floor in a day and a half all by himself. The Prestige team absolutely lives up to their name! We had reached out to several contractors before meeting Brian at the Home & Garden Show last year. Most didn’t even show up, and if they did, they never followed through with a quote. Our project was a basement bathroom—not small, but not huge either. Less than a month after that, they started the job—right on the date and time Brian promised, which was a big deal for us.
