A huge shout out to Premier Sealcoating for resurrecting our 40 year old driveway and not only making it safe again, but beautiful! They sealed up a ton of cracks and made an old slippery polished driveway safe again for my family with their anti slip driveway sealer!
Have used many different asphalt contractors over the years but out of all of them this was the easiest and most professional. They showed up when they said they would, they did exactly what they said they would and they were meticulous to detail. Highly recommend these guys!
I will not be using this company and I recommend you don't either. I called on Tuesday 9/2 at 1pm to schedule a free estimate to have my driveway paved. I got a return call at 7:30PM. He said that he couldn't give me a time to arrive and maybe Wednesday or Thursday. I said Thursday would not work for me so Wednesday is best. He said it might be Friday and he would call on Wednesday if he could not make it. I told him I needed 1 hour notice before arriving if he was unable to provide a timeframe. He did not call on Wednesday to say he would not be arriving. He did not call on Thursday to confirm a time. And on Friday 9/5 I got a call and was t... He confirmed he was the owner. He did not ask questions other contractors have asked like sloping of the driveway or closeness to the garage. When I asked why he did not arrive on Wednesday he said I insisted he came on Friday. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I do not trust this company to complete a project if they want to lie to my face and can not schedule. I had to call twice to finally get to the owner to ask why I was not sent a quote. Today 9/11 he told me that he is in the middle of a merger and would not be the one completing the work so he was not able to provide a quote. This was not disclosed before. What a waste of time and lack of communication.
Premier did an excellent job on our driveway. The team worked together to coat our driveway thoroughly and evenly. Final product looks great. The surface is now so even that we added lines and made a pickleball court in our driveway.
I had my driveway seal coated by Premier a few weeks ago and it came amazing, unfortunately we had a unforeseen down pour over night and when I woke up I noticed some of the sealer had washed away. I reached out to Billy (the owner) and without hesitation he said he would came back and redo it at no additional cost to me. As a small business man myself and knowing there are unforeseen situations I offered to pay for the material used in the second coat, he declined my offer and did the second coat at no cost. They have a top notch operation, all of their equipment is well kept and clean, you can tell that they take pride in their work..... Th...
