I had a TC5 washer installed. I have had a small gas leak from my old Kenmore dryer for years (several plumbers and SDGE said the smell must be from fertilizer in the garage). Jesus and Ivan were the first to find it (bad spring in the handle). Of course I gladly paid extra for this unplanned work. They are the best technicians I have ever had! The TC5 is built like a tank. I'm doing my first laundry load now. :)
