He designed it exactly how we wanted it and put in the plants that could handle the full sun and sometimes wet conditions. We decided to go with their maintance program since we were from Colorado and didn't know how to take care of some of the plants. Stephan with the Maintance Department has answers all of questions whether by phone or text within the same day. We just had our spring trimming and cleanup. Julio and crew were wonderful.

We also had Precision design and install a river rock swale to solve drainage issues along our driveway, as well as create a new planted bed in a tricky tiered area near the house. They resolved the problem, removed the old satellite dish hardware, re-graded the space, added soil, and installed new plants that look incredible
Communication has been great — they explain treatments, scheduling, and expectations clearly. They show up when they say they will, stand behind their work, and the quality really shows. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values responsiveness, reliability, and doing things the right way.

For a company that promotes itself as “the best of the best,” I have been extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, customer support, and overall quality of work.
Following our initial landscape design consultation, the work completed did not reflect the agreed-upon plan. Tree and shrub placements were incorrect, bed dimensions were wrong, and there was little attention paid to the details we carefully discussed. The beds were neither properly prepped nor trenched. Because the beds were made too large, the mulch was spread so thin that grass remained visible underneath.
After several emails, our salesperson visited the property...For a company that promotes itself as “the best of the best,” I have been extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, customer support, and overall quality of work.
Following our initial landscape design consultation, the work completed did not reflect the agreed-upon plan. Tree and shrub placements were incorrect, bed dimensions were wrong, and there was little attention paid to the details we carefully discussed. The beds were neither properly prepped nor trenched. Because the beds were made too large, the mulch was spread so thin that grass remained visible underneath.
After several emails, our salesperson visited the property and acknowledged that the work was sloppy and poorly executed, assuring us that the company would make it right. We did not request any additions beyond the original design plan — we only wanted the project completed correctly and as promised.
When the crew returned nearly a month later, they added mulch that was a noticeably different texture and color from the original, further diminishing the appearance. Our driveway was also left muddy and uncleaned.
Despite numerous documented attempts to resolve these issues over the following months, the company failed to demonstrate the reliability and commitment to quality that they advertise.
Unfortunately, I regret investing my money with this company. The inconsistency and lack of follow-through have been disappointing. When neighbors ask why our mulch doesn’t match or when the landscaping will be completed, it only highlights the poor quality of the final product.
Buyer beware. Our pictures do not show just how poorly executed this project was.
