I called Precision Garage on Monday, March 02 because my garage door would not open. I told them I wasn't going to leave the house for a couple of days, so there was no emergency. Instead, they had Matt come out a couple of hours later that same day. Matt both told and showed me what was wrong. He installed my new garage door opener, cable and rollers. He also set my keypad. Matt was polite professional and knowledgeable. He was detailed in his explanation and illustration of what was wrong and how he would fix it. All costs were conveyed to me prior to any work performed. I appreciated his honesty and positive demeanor. My garage door was recently on the fritz, and I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service and was quick to get an appointment for them to come out and assess what was wrong with the door. It's old, so I figured we were on the route of getting a whole new door and parts, but Colton came out and determined I would need a new one, but was so helpful to fix it as best as he could until the new installation. Again, it was a very quick turnaround for them to come back out. Colton and James came out and quickly got the new door up and running. I would recommend Precision; their staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with!
