Best customer service I have ever received from a business! Same day service, received a text with a picture and bio of the technician, received a call from the tech letting me know when he was 30 minutes away and even asked if he could pick me up anything while he was at the gas station. The tech, David Eilers, was very polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail before he did any work. David did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with his work. Highly recommend!

We had someone run into our garage door so we needed to get it replaced. From the consultation to the ordering to the installment, we were treated with kindness and great professionalism. Kevin was great!! He communicated well ahead of his visit, called when on his way and even sent a text with a bio about him so I knew who was showing up. My opener died the night before and so I scheduled online at 4am for Precision to come out at Q2 noon the next day. Kevin took time to ask me questions about what I was needing and then was thorough with his explanations on a good, better and best option for my situation. My outdated garage door was not responding to a new key pad that was installed last year. I called Precision for a consultation. My technician, Harley was polite, asked proper questions, and did a thorough inspection of the garage door, motor, and key pad. He explained all my options with pricing to replace a motor that was too far gone to repair. After I made my decision Harley went right to work with the installation of a new garage door opener. Within one hour of completing the job my garage door was up and running again with an excellent new opener. I would definitely recommend Precision and Harley for all your garage door needs.
