As life usually goes, stuff happens. My garage door decided to unravel all of its cabling and stop working on a Sunday evening. I contacted Precision around noon the following day and and they scheduled an appointment for me between 2 - 4 same day. In less that 30 minutes, I received a call from Ilana Carvablo, my tech, and she said she finished a previous job and could be at my house within 30 minutes. This was unbelievable to me as I have never had anyone respond so quickly and professionally. True to her word she was there. What an awesome professional tech. Everything was explained to me as to why I had my issue and what I could do to resolve it. It seems that a previous repair company I used oversold me and gave me far more material, springs/cables, than my door actually needed. One of the springs was not even connected to the door. She was able to reconnect everything and then helped us in figuring out a new option which we gladly accepted. Thank you very much Ilana for everything you did. You were very professional and did an awesome job. Anyone who is fortunate enough to have you as their tech will be very lucky and extremely glad you are there. THANK YOU VERY MUCH AGAIN!!!
