First and foremost Precision Garage Door (PGD) Technician Adam Trout was Outstanding! Adam arrived at the scheduled time and after a brief introduction, followed me into the garage. He informed me what the initial process would be and proceeded with his multiple point inspection. Upon completion he diagnosed the problem correctly as I also had the same expectation based on a similar situation 13 yrs ago at another home. He presented me with the options available and provided me with clear and sufficient information of which I shared with my spouse.
