We got bids from several places and ultimately landed on Precision Decks and we couldn’t be more happy with the result. From the beginning Nick took the time to draw out countless designs to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He made thoughtful suggestions on things we didn’t know to ask that have made out space even better than we had imagined. Once construction started they were even better. Matt took care of everything and even when we had some hiccups he was out in person to assess and make sure things were exactly as we wanted them to be. Chris was personable, very knowledgeable about our options and the process, and came up with ideas we hadn’t even thought of. Chris produced a design proposal for our deck and porch that surpassed our expectations, and he maintained constant contact throughout the whole building process. The team and crew that showed up everyday were professional, friendly, highly skilled, and very clean. Working with Kyle was an absolute pleasure, and would update us weekly on our project. If you have pretty high expectations for transparency, communication and quality, then Precision Decks is the way to go. Our deck project wasn’t the biggest or sexiest deck project, but the entire crew worked with us as if we were the most important thing going on. The sales consulting on the frontend was collaborative. The craftsmen were very professional, polite and pleasant. And the craftsmanship is VERY good.
