Made an appointment for 10 am a week in advance. When the time for the appointment came, no one showed up. Waited 30 minutes, still no one showed up. Finally called 45 minutes after, no answer. Called back again, Kyle answered, said he would "check his schedule and call me back in 5 minutes". Waited 5 minutes. No call. Waited 30 minutes. No call. Waited an hour, no call. Called back several times after the hour in which Kyle said he would call me back in 5 minutes, phone rang and went to voicemail each time. Made appointment. Then he Went to wrong address in Oklahoma city. I live in shawnee. Re-scheduled for next morning and he did not show up. Won't answer phone and voice-mail is full.

I agree with Robert!! Was told they would be out the next day. Didn’t show or call by noon so I called them. Kyle couldn’t even remember talking to me the NIGHT BEFORE. Told me he would check his schedule and call back in 5. He never called back. Used someone else. Very unprofessional!!!
