The company did an excellent job in scheduling and updating me. The worker who came, Ricky did an excellent and thorough job. He did not try to upsell me but made appropriate recommendations. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job. Would definitely recommend this company. I had used the wrong kind of floor cleaner on engineered wood floors and he made them look new.

They are so easy to work with especially as we were closing on a house and wanted this to be the first thing done after we got the keys. Our closing kept getting delayed that day and then took longer than we thought. Precise was flexible and worked around us. When we were ready, they were early, not just on-time, to our “new” appointment time! They worked quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend.
