I had a problem with the crown of my chimney needing to be replaced. The mortar was falling away from the brick and needed to be replaced. I contacted Powers Masonry and sent them pictures. Tina, the receptionist was so helpful and scheduled an appointment for 2 technicians to come out to our home. They showed up and agreed that we needed help. 3 days later they showed up at 7:30 in the morning and reflashed the base of the chimney and poured a new crown on the top. They stayed until 7:00 that evening and made sure the work was complete! Eric and Vance were great with communication and explained what they were doing. What hard workers!

Two weeks later, they showed up again, removed the wooden frame that they used for the crown and water sealed the entire chimney.
