This was the best experience, my dryer was turning on but not running, and we had someone else come out 3 times last year and had paid over $500, so this time I called Power Clean, I called yesterday he came out today and within 30 mins had it diagnosed and fixed. I am so impressed. Blake was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Crossing my fingers for no more issues, but for sure I know who I’ll be calling.
I had a fantastic experience with PowerClean! They were super quick in getting me an appointment for my squeaky dryer, which is amazing as a busy mom with kids and endless laundry I was appreciative of their swift scheduling. I called and within 24 hours they were here helping me! Blake was great, he was professional, efficient and diagnosed/fixed the problem within 20mins! The price is reasonable and worth every penny. If I am in need of a laundry repair again, I would use them again in a heart beat. Highly recommend!
Blake came out the next day and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Unfortunately it was a problem that would be too expensive to fix but was nice and helpful. We had someone else come out before that found a broken hose but didn’t know if the replacing the hose would solve the problem. We ended up getting the part ourselves but it still didn’t work. It would have been better to have called Blake and his team in the first time. I would definitely recommend them and would use there services in the future.
Called about my Samsung not draining and a 5C code it was actually the drain pump has gone out. It’s a quick easy fix appreciated the professionalism they checked in called me when they were a few minutes out and it was done no hassle— they water was backed up and the it out to. Thank you so much again!
