Tony Arevalo is a professional technician. He clearly explained the work to be completed and completed it in a very reasonable time. He knows the benefits and additional incentives of their company which helped me decide to go with them. The water heater installation came with a 10 year parts and 8 year work warranty. I recommend using this contractor for anything permitted work related to installation and plumbing. Thank you.
Today I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Emiliano and Adrian. When they arrived, they were very respectful, professional and courteous. Well mannered and well spoken. For my particular issue both gentlemen were very knowledgeable in how to approach the issue and also how to best resolve it. They performed their job very carefully and made sure all is well. Job well done fellas. Thank you!
From the moment I called Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air until the job was finished, everything was seamless. Ricky arrived right on time, was friendly and explained what needed to be done. I appreciated how efficient and reliable the whole process was, and the crew cleaned up after themselves. They handled my leak quickly and the water heater replacement was done with no hassle. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing or HVAC needs. Ricky was incredible, went above and beyond to make sure my family was set with hot water. He was extremely friendly and felt like family. I cannot express how amazing we was and all the work he did...
