When it comes to businesses, i grew up hearing about this idealized archetype where the owner knew all their customers and built a living out of going above and beyond to take care of them. It was the sort of thing that they made you read about in English class. This place embodies that sentiment. Its easy to forget what words like integrity and pride mean when they are thrown around in a bombardment of commercial crap as often as they are, but those words still meant something here. This is the only place you should be looking when you need anything vacuum.

There’s nothing like face to face expert advice when your a buyer. Personal service with insightful information on the products. Very competitively priced with a personable attitude. I prefer to spend my money in a place like this.

Steve is the best hands-down. I bought a Miele from him and its still running great 10 years later. Just picked up more genuine bags today and wanted to leave a review for another small local business. He is honest about repairs and service. Ill always return here to buy future vacuums. He matches and beats online prices and won’t push you to buy extras. I’m happy because nothing cleans close to it. Throw your dyson away and get something that will last and is fixable

Great service, went above and beyond to explain the different central vacuum systems, what I needed to upgrade my broken hose with a compatible replacement, and included the wall plates with next-day shipping at no charge.

Anything to do with canister vacuums you can't do better than Steve. He has a ton of stuff in his shop, he's extremely helpful, friendly, more than fair, and focused on customer service. I went in with a 2012 Miele vacuum that the rug attachment beater bar would not work. He grabbed new parts for the vacuum and swapped them out to troubleshoot the problem. We determined it was the hose and the top cover of the vacuum where the hose connects that were both bad. I asked him what it would cost for the new parts. He said $180 for the hose and $150 for the cover, or I can sell you a new one for $1,000 out the door. We determined it was the hose and the top cover of the vacuum where the hose connects that were both bad. I asked him what it would cost for the new parts. He said $180 for the hose and $150 for the cover, or I can sell you a new one for $1,000 out the door. While I was thinking about my choices he said, hold on, and he went to the back. He came out with a cover for my vacuum that he said came off a junked vacuum he had in the back. He put it on mine to see if it worked, and it did. Then he said, "I'll tell you what, buy the hose and I'll give you the cover." Done. So I'm out the door with a working vacuum for under $200 when he could have got me to spend at least another $150. He cares more about taking care of his customers than making every last buck. That is true customer service. I won't go anyplace else for anything vacuum. Thanks Steve.
