We had a rather difficult generator installation including 2 buildings on separate meters and transformers, also having to move one meter. Everything was installed without a hitch and very minimal downtime on the house. It performs great and has been used 3 times since installation. Very knowledgeable and dependable personnel.
We purchased our whole home Generac Generator from Joey Maloz at Portable Repair Service in Crowley. Joey & his crew are very knowledgeable and performed a first class installation. Everything was installed professionally and to code. Everything went exactly as we discussed. They take pride in their work because everything was meticulously done and neatly installed. We have had no issues what so ever with the generator. Joey even called after the storms to follow up with us to see if we had any issues at all. These guys installed my Generator about 3 years ago. It's so nice to have the power come on as soon as the electricity has been interrupted through storms and hurricanes. When I have called for something, the response was extremely fast. Maintenance is wonderful. The service Joey and Stephen provide is friendly, professional, and reasonable for the service they consistently provide. They go above and beyond to be sure my generator is ready to go.
