James and his crew have always done an amazing job for us and has Honest Pricing! They've done AC work, tranny service, tune ups, electrical diagnostics, etc...and everytime I get "the call" that the work is done, it's always less than what I expected. Honesty, Integrity, Workmanship, Quick/Prompt Service is what you can expect at Polar Bear! I never hesitate to recommend them.

Extremely dissatisfied with "James". I called for an estimate on a repair and he was unwilling to quote any pricing on what "might or could" be wrong, or give a diagnostic fee. I completely understand it's not plausible to diagnose over the phone but the issue I described was likely one or both of 2 seals . He offered no help on offering to quote anything! I told him I'm not giving a blank check to anyone! I did get short with him because I was frustrated at the lack of customer service and lack of communication. Ps I've had great service in the past from "James" not sure what his problem was today! Maybe they've got so much work they don'... Extremely dissatisfied with "James".
