Pointe Alarm

Pointe Alarm has been a partner in our security both at home and at the several commercial facilities I manage for well over 5 years. They are super responsive, very professional, and have continually made me feel like I was their only client. Highly recommend for burglar alarms, surveillance cameras and recorders, and access control systems.

Pointe Alarm installed the security and camera systems for my new home. I have been in my home for over a year now and consistently use both systems with complete satisfaction. Pointe Alarm has been a great and reliable alarm service that has provided us with added comfort at home and peace of mind while we are away. The service also has been pretty much setup and forget about it. I have never had to contact them for any service related reason at all, other than the initial activation when we moved in. Cancelling was a nightmare. I had a request to cancel my account with their office, months later I had a collections agency harass me for a quarterly bill that was past due after my request to cancel. I explained the situation to the debt collector, she then called the owner and relayed info to me that she has a paper fill out policy to cancel. This was never explained, and it’s 2025 get with the times and get a simple digital/tele cancelling process.
