in the end they did fix my clog but I felt pressured along the way to do more repairs that weren’t immediate. Where I know that snaking a drain is loud I did tell The technician was told before coming in that I had a son with autism and that if he could not talk so loud he continued to do so. He was also messy and asked for a mop and paper towels for me to only still find the area and on the walls dirty. I would not recommend this company. Too many other plumbers that I’m sure care more about their customers.

Had a really bad experience with another plumbing company in the same area, not only they didnt fix my clogged drain, charged me $450, they even suggested to open up my backyard for $10000 to fix a “broken” pipe. Welp my heart dropped and decided to get a quote from another plumbing services, and we decided to contact Master Plumbing who came out on the very same day a fixed our clogged drain for EVEN CHEAPER ($325~). They came out after hours and unclog my drain. Steven was very professional. He made sure the water flowed freely after he cleaned the drain. Nice job... 👍

Jesse was AWESOME - took care of us so good and even fixed a door knob…now that’s service. They also have electricians and drywall and we need all that. Good Job Jesse.

My kitchen sink drain was stopped up and had another company come out and couldn't unstop it so I called plumbing Masters LLC and they came out and unstopped my kitchen drain thank you plumbing Masters LLC for sending Steven your awesome.

Patrick was the technician who came out. Did a great job and was much faster than we anticipated. 100% will use again if we need to.

Jesse was excellent. Cleared the backup and had everything cleaned up in a snap. Price was reasonable too.
