An employee of Plumbing Expert NW, TJ Johnson, made a racist remarks on social media. This was very concerning and reflects poorly on the company’s image. I hope management takes this seriously.

It's so difficult finding a plumber that is fair in pricing, personable and who does quality work. Robert at Plumbing Masters NW exhibited all these qualities. He also appreciated my Veteran status Military Service, and Law Enforcement service, and personally thanked me for the sacrifices involved in public service. His pricing was incredibly reasonable, considering I obtained multiple written estimates from other plumbers. Overall fantastic experience! I had Darius come out and fix my leaking outdoor faucet. Very professional and kind and got the job done quick! I was given a time estimate of 2:00- 6:00 and they came at 3:30 so very speedy. I will definitely call them for future plumbing issues in the future.

This company is the best. I needed a plumber to scope a sewer line in the house we were buying and they came and were not able to scope the full pipe because the way the clean out was set up. They didn’t charge me even though they took time out of their day to do it. I will for sure be using them for any future plumbing work we may need. 👍🏻 [ we also have used them now to install a bathtub and they did a great job and price was reasonable!]
