The Plumbing Doctor has provided service to our household many times. He and his team are always Prompt, work quickly, Good quality and fair priced. He has come right away two different times when failed copper water piping has created a flooding/water damage emergency for us. They also installed a backup Sump pump powered by Water pressure from City water. A true 5 Star Plumber.

We used in them in Nov 2023. Excellent service. They made the waterline for us since we were buying a new refrigerator.. Great job. When we had an issue with Home Depot who messed up , Mike the owner of Plumbing Doctor, himself came and solved the issue free of cost Plumbing Doctor care for their customer and we strongly recommend them

I called for a hot water heater issue, it wasn't working and we found water at the base of unit. I called the next morning and they had a plumber out and the tank replaced in a timely manner. Professional work, quick and clean.

According to 1 of your own plumbers who came out to investigate a leak, our shower head was not installed correctly from the beginning. We had not used the upper head so leak wasn’t noticed timely. Apparently the shower head was not checked for leaks. My husband called to discuss the bill & was told he’d receive a call back. 30 days later & no call so he called again to inquire. You blamed the issue on the contractor. We waited in good faith & your response is unacceptable. We will pay the bill today & will look elsewhere for further plumbing needs.
