Plumbing By Paul did a fantastic job replacing my two toilets and garbage disposal today. Chris and Steven did an excellent job! Not only did they haul away the old ones, they cleaned up behind themselves! Would definitely recommend!
Plumbing by Paul did an outstanding job estimating and installing our whole-home water softening and carbon filtration system. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Our installer, Brian, delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything during the estimating process, walked us through the installation step by step, and made sure we fully understood how to operate and maintain our new system. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. The system was installed efficiently and with great workmanship. We’re already noticing a huge improve... From the very first phone call, to the inspection and estimate, through completion of the job, Plumbing by Paul is TOP NOTCH! Josh and JR have depth of knowledge and impressive expertise; they are trustworthy, professional, courteous, and thorough… above and beyond. They left the work area clean, and everything is in working order! I have no doubt that I will call Plumbing by Paul for future plumbing needs.
About 6 months ago we replaced our water heater. Recently we noticed a good amount of water collecting in the pan under the new unit. Service tech Dave responded to the call and was very thorough regarding our warranty claim. Dave and his helper Noah stayed late in the evening to ensure the install was completed. Dave took it upon himself to communicate with me every step of the way. Very happy with the outcome. We have been using Plumbing by Paul for years and will continue to do so. Always fair with pricing and they know how to keep their customers happy and coming back. 10/10.
