The longer story is that I had an 18-year old failing tankless water heater that needed repaired or replaced. I called a recommended plumbing company to address the issue and the plumber made the entire experience feel transactional. He didn't ask questions to understand my issue and simply did not convey any sense of wanting to help. I called Plumb Pros on the next day. Fonz came out, assessed the situation and gave me options - something we all want - including...I highly recommend Plumb Pros for your plumbing work.
