Just had my galaxy tab A 10.1 cracked screen replaced here for 108$. The man there broke off the corner of the microSD card during the repair. I asked for him to replace it and he refused and suggested that the original screen damage chipped the corner of the microSD card when it is clearly safely housed inside the device. I've also been using it for about a month with NO issues except the cracked screen. Now that they broke the microSD card most of my pictures are missing and several of my programs stored on the microSD card are unreachable. I bought a screen protector from the shop. The manager told me there are only two employees who worked at the store. The lady refused to exchange it because she was not the person who sold the item and promised a defective swap out. She also refused to call the other employee to verify. Was told to catch him when I can. The next time I seen him other mall months later he also refused to replace it because I no longer had the defective piece. Told me it was a terrible thing I didn’t have the defective part any longer.
