Pioneer responded quickly when I called about my water main leak. They were flexible in scheduling a time for plumbing based on when the excavator was finished digging trench. They worked quickly and efficiently and charged a fair price. Highly recommend.

I called Pioneer because a good friend has worked with them to have his house's sewer line replaced, and he recommended them. Easily got the time scheduled, then a follow up call - there were unexpected changes, could we change the date? Of course, these things happen, and I was happy to accommodate the request. The day of the appointment, I received a confirmation phone call; their plumber would arrive in the next 15-20 minutes. Very helpful. Carl (Karl? I had a disappointing experience with this plumbing company. They were hired to unclog my apartment toilet and, while they successfully resolved the clog, their tools left visible marks on the porcelain. I contacted the company multiple times to address the damage, and they initially promised to rectify the situation. However, they have since become unresponsive. I would expect a professional business to take responsibility for accidental damage and address the issue promptly.

Pioneer came to flush out the sewer line in my apartment, and left leaving splashed sewage everywhere; doors, shower curtain, wall, and likely the towels. Could have landed on my toothbrush! Horrified to come back home to such a disaster.

I couldn’t be happier with the work by Pioneer Plumbing (water heater). They helped diagnose the issue patiently and thoroughly. I never doubted they were working hard to make every minute count. Terrific value and communication. I plan to use them for any future plumbing needs.
