Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical

James Mize from Pioneer came on time this morning to perform the routine maintenance on my HVAC unit. James was here on time and was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He worked efficiently to inspect and clean the unit. The capacitor on the outdoor unit was reading low and he recommended replacing before summer usage. He had the part on his truck and was able to change it without having to make a return service call. He answered all my questions and didn't mind my curiosity. I was very satisfied with the service call and will continue to use Pioneer Heat and Air for future service/maintenance needs.

Daniel Mullen was great & we would 100% recommend him. Did a heat lamp install with vent & home surge protector. One of the neatest jobs ever….couldn’t even tell work was done. Customer service is awesome. Couldn’t have asked for better!!!! Pioneer and Daniel are highly recommended.

My hot water tank was nearing the end of its life so I decided to replace it with a new one and add a circulating pump with Pioneer. Aidan and Cody arrived this morning and had it all set and ready to go by the afternoon. They checked and rechecked to assure everything was ready to go and in working order. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. Both were friendly and courteous and are surely a great asset to have working for this company. This is the second time I’ve had work done by Pioneer and honestly, couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend!

Jason Barnard did a wonderful job. He worked late to finish the job. Very nice and polite gentleman. Would definitely recommend him! Thank you Jason l!! Jason came back out again today 1/14/26 the water heater was leaking wayer in the drip pan, so he adjusted the temperature and pressure, so far it working great! Will keep you updated if anything changes. No charge for coming out today.
