Pioneer Farm & Ranch Supply

The staff here is amazing! We had a million and one issues after ordering a brand new Stihl chainsaw in junction city. The Ace in Junction City and the one in Manhattan were absolutely no help, they didn't even turn the chainsaw on when we bought it. Pioneer has restored our faith in a farm supply store. They ran my husband and I through the ins and outs of running the chain saw and even showed us that we were not sharpening blades properly. I will go back to this store for ALL of my equipment needs from here on out. Thank you guys for being so incredibly helpful to us newbies.

If i could give negative stars i would! My husband and i have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this store! We bought a shelter logic corral structure from them that ended up being faulty and they wont give me my money back. The ratchet straps broke off of the anchors and 2 days later the entire structure blew over my fence and ripped the enclosure kit on it. Nick REFUSES to give me my money back! Some girl just told me "well the customer isnt always right" and i cant even believe ive been treated so poorly when ive spent so much money there. Absolutely unbelievable! Knowledgeable and friendly, the people who work here are very helpful! They can be a lifesaver when I have limited knowledge of around the house stuff, machines, appliances, lawn care, and the list goes on! Not sure what you need? Call and ask - they'll get someone on the phone who knows!

Jerk when in store jerk when on phone it’s always someone else’s fault they don’t have something and it’s always an inconvenience to look

Went in for a water pump and everyone that worked there acted like we were an inconvenience and just rude.
