Pioneer Basement Waterproofing

These guys did a good job with the install of the trench and sump pump. They were very efficient in and out in a day. My only complaint would be that they do not do electrical or demo, they were very upfront with so I had lots of time to prepare.

Alfredo is an amazing technician who installed our new dehumidifier today. A few months ago when he initially came to remove the old system, he identified a plumbing issue in that corner of our basement and made us aware of it. When he returned for the installation, he went above and beyond by taking it upon himself to place cinderblocks under the new unit so it wouldn’t sit directly on the basement floor. This extra step showed great care, attention to detail, and pride in his work. We truly appreciated this very kind and thoughtful act and wanted to recognize Alfredo for his excellence service.

Carlos from Pioneer just came to the house and serviced our sump pump - he was on time, polite, informative and very knowledgeable on our system. He answered all our questions and listened to our concerns and addressed them. He also left everything exactly as it was ( no mess) wha a great experience. We will continue to use Pioneer for our sump pump system needs and hope for Carlos to be our permanent service person! Thank you!
