Steve at Pinpoint Computer is a hard working dedicated technology professional. Steve explains things in simple English so it is easy to understand. He listens to you and he understands the problem. His solutions are excellent and solve the problem on the first try. Steve taught me that it is not a question of if a hard drive will fail, but when. I am a belt and suspenders kind of guy, so Steve has my computer backed up locally on an external hard drive as well as in the cloud so I can access my files from my phone, computer or tablet regardless of where I am currently located. Highly recommend him. Able to handle many computer issues remotely a great convenience. He resurrected my poorly running home computer in 90 minutes. Knows what he is doing. Fairly priced. .
