Pinnacle was outstanding to work with when I bought my 2026 Mule Pro Ranch edition. Renee put together the most competitive offering I could find and made the process quick and easy. She helped me with the accessories I wanted and had me in and out in under an hour. The Service team provided helpful operating tips and got me started off right. Cody was extremely helpful and quick to respond even with it being a few days before Christmas. All of the staff at Pinnacle were friendly and explained everything well. My only complaint was a last minute cost increase due to tire dating on my trade in. I’ve never had to cover costs for tire replacement on any vehicle I have used as a trade— bike or car—and definitely felt a little cheated having to pay an additional $400+ on top of the $1700 cash and trade in originally agreed upon.
