If you want great customer service with quality work, this is the place to come. James prices are GREAT and more than fair. I brought him my mom's Dyson, which was filthy because it was full of baking soda and whatever else my mom put on her carpet to help clean it and leave it fresh after vacuuming. I was sure he wouldn't be able to fix it because it was sooo clogged, but he assured me he would give it his best, and he did! He cleaned it up so well that I did not recognize it. Overall, he responds quickly to all calls and texts, treats you like the ONLY customer, and strives to do his very best. Thanks sooo much, Pinnacle Liquidation!
