Pinnacle went above and beyond to help satisfy our needs and we absolutely love how they extended our land with the bulkhead, evening out the land to make it easy to mow the lawn. They also came out to add extra sand to flatten the ground and cover up tracks and puddles. We are very pleased with their diligence to please their customers. Highly recommend them!
Every one of the many, many workers were always very polite and helpful throughout the entire process of pool (project manager Bradley expertly oversaw all phases of forming and constructing & gives great pool school), fencing (project manager Tyler ensured the gates were aligned perfectly & self-closing features were set just right, as well as supervising plenty of production happening all at the same time). Last but certainly not least, project manager Damien oversaw the buildout of a beautiful large deck (great drainage design and CoolDeck is the best). Last but certainly not least, project manager Damien oversaw the buildout of a beautiful large deck (great drainage design and CoolDeck is the best). Didn't realize turf would be such a great design element; basically only thought about no grass clippings close to pool, but putting green year-round is quite a bonus. I highly recommend Pinnacle because of their constant professionalism, communication, and timeliness, also keeping work area clean & neat with safety first.
I hired Pinnacle to complete some fencing, staining, and painting on my home. The first phase of the project was with Kyle who helped me visualize the proposed finished look of wood skirting and additional fencing. He started out very professional and helpful but once I paid to begin the project I could not get him to respond to me. Eventually I was connected with Tyler who managed the next phase of building the skirting and fencing. Ultimately, the skirting looked very nice and the fencing was ok but neither pre-stained the way it was intended. I was slightly bothered that Tyler did not come close the project out with me to ensure I was sati... I hired Pinnacle to complete some fencing, staining, and painting on my home. The last phase was staining and painting, led by Jeremy. He was excellent and really turned my impression around. He was very accessible and professional throughout the weather delays and completion of the project and my home looks and feels so fresh and beautiful now. Overall, I am happy with the work from this company and would recommend with a caveat of caution that the communication could be lacking.
