The folks at Pine Tree Fence Company were very good to work with in our backyard project. While it was not an overly large project, it did require some changes due to ongoing landscaping and tree removal projects. The Pine Tree Fence Company individuals were extremely professional and worked with us to make the necessary accommodations. The installer arrived and worked steady throughout the time he was here and it looks amazing!
We are extremely happy with our new fence and what it provides us.

They first installed my stockade in 2007. The part along a wet area was now leaning and my gates needed work. Rich gave me a great price to replace 7 posts and straighten and secure the entire fence. Trevor and Adam battled mosquitos, heat, humidity and a jungle behind the fence. They were awesome and did a perfect job!! Great company!!

We had Pine Tree Fence install a Georgetown style fence (8 foot tall) with the trim cap on top. It was a great experience working with them - first, they were very responsive throughout the process. They answered our questions, had their sales person come out and meet in person, and then anytime after that whenever we called or emailed with a question they quickly responded. Their price was very competitive, even with the large home stores. We also loved the quality and look of the fence, and the installation team was very friendly and helpful, explaining on site options as the install went along. Rich came to our house to look at our backyard and what we wanted to do about fencing.Rich said the two gates we were getting would be cemented in. He told us there would be some extra charges, as our land is not flat and there would need to be some modified cuts made. We understood and accepted that. We were satisfied with the things Rich told us. We signed a contract and waited for our fence to be installed. We got a call from a man named Nick, he is a subcontractor and would be installing our fence. He would arrive on Wednesday at 9am. Well he did make it at 11am. He was pleasant and got to work. We were satisfied with the things Rich told us. We signed a contract and waited for our fence to be installed. We got a call from a man named Nick, he is a subcontractor and would be installing our fence. He would arrive on Wednesday at 9am. Well he did make it at 11am. He was pleasant and got to work. Nice doesn't get you what you paid for. He measured the poles out 3 feet short, that put the other 2 sections out of wack by a few feet. When paying by the linear foot, this adds up quickly. Nick left around 5pm, that day. Thursday came and late in the day my husband called to see what was going on , as Nick didn't show up. Friday, Nick was there about 12-3pm. We had some concerns about the quality of work, and Rich assured us Nick was a good guy and would do a good job.We voiced concerns about the shortness of the pole placement and the fact only one of the two gates were cemented. There were no modified cuts made and there was a gap between the fence and the ground that our 50 pound dog was going to be able o crawl under. About noontime on Saturday, my husband called Nick to see if he was going to finish up the fence or was it going to go into another week. He showed up around 2 worked until about 5:30. When my husband voiced some of his concerns, he was told it was as good as Nick could do. On Monday, my husband spoke with Rich who had the owner contact us. He told us the dimensions were close enough. He did have a few guys come out and look at the fence. They rebuilt one of the gates. We got no price reduction for the smaller fenced area. We didn't even get an apology for the lack of professionalism on the part of their subcontractor. I would not recommend this company.
