After the fiasco in dealing with LG Warranty and their outdated, outmoded and insanely complicated process Oscar at Piedmont was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was right on time as he said, kept me informed of repairs, time frame and brought the tv back in perfect shape, all in only 3 days including the weekend! Looking at the repair bill that was billed to LG, he charges a very, very reasonable price for excellent repairs, great timing and coming all the way out to Chapin from Greenwood.

Oscar is an honest man who provides high quality professional service at a fair price. He also offers pick-up and delivery service. Oscar repaired my flat screen in less than one week and saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have spent on a new TV when I did not need a new TV.

This TV repair shop greatly exceeded my expectations in terms of knowledge, capability, communication and customer service. They fixed my LG TV under warranty and turned what typically is an exhausting experience into a simple and efficient service call. This place is the best kept secret in the upstate of SC.
