I am proud to be a client. Aaron is a professional mechanic and is as professional and passionate about his work as any I’ve ever seen. Aaron is definitely an asset to this organization. He will not sell you something you don’t need, and even if you approach him with uncertainty about what is happening with your car, he is honest and trustworthy and I always appreciate the solutions that he offers me. Called during business hours twice and got no answer. Finally got ahold of them on the phone and confirmed that I could email them a list of maintenance to be done to my car and have a quote emailed back to me. Sent email after confirming and still no response after 2 weeks. Tried leaving them a message since it's the weekend, but their voicemail box doesn't work (says to leave a message at the tone but then there is no tone, just an entire minute of silence).

I had a great experience with Pickering Auto. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Ryan, the office manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that the process went smoothly. His communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and the quality of service being provided. Ryan and the team have been absolutely fantastic. We recently moved to Midland and need a some work on a couple of vehicle and they have been very helpful, courtesy, and the pricing has been more than exceptional!
