4 hour wait!! They said it would be ~45 minutes for the repair, not HALF OF MY DAY.
The price of this location was significantly higher than competitors, I (mistakenly) assumed that would lead to a quality experience but that was not the case. They took forever, the teenage workers are visibly under qualified and when i got my iPad back, the screen had several brand new scratches. This is completely unacceptable but they refused any sort of discount or compensation for the damage they caused.
