Stopped in to request a simple small repair on my phone. The guy ignored me for a blonde that came in after me, and took a phone call before addressing me. When I asked if he could do the repair, he treated me like an idiot and insisted the only way the repair could be done was with a total total back replacement- complete slimy upsale in order to charge more. I went elsewhere and got the piece replaced I needed in 15 minutes for $8. Consumer beware - they'll over charge & take advantage of you if you give them the chance.

Both Elijah and Paul are competent, pleasant and do the job well. from repair to batteries to helping me with tricky issues. Brought a friend with me and we were both very impressed with how well they did and they went out of there way to assist. You won't go wrong
