When I walk into the store the sales person was nice and friendly. I went to get my phone repair and was out within 30 mins. my Iphone 14 was all cracked up. Now I have a brand new phone. Thanks to the sales person. I’m rating this store a 10.
He was very quick. But the material he uses is not durable AT ALL! After the repair.. I purchased a screen protector and a phone case from him. The very next day my phone fell from the couch & hit the laminate floor. The screen protector and the screen was shattered. The screen protector should’ve protected my screen from that small fall! I was enraged as he refused to repair it. I’ll never be back & I’ll make sure everyone I come across knows not to come here!
