BEST PHONE REPAIR IN SYRACUSE I'VE FOUND. Bonus- it's at Destiny USA where there's a lot to do while waiting. Twice these guys have courteously repaired/recovered phones for me the SAME DAY that were totally inoperable. First they fixed an expensive iPhone that was basically worthless after being smashed by my kid so bad the screen went green/blank. I just happened to see this store and their great prices while browsing but didn't even know if a new screen would solve the problem. Second phone was my cheap Android that I needed urgently but suddenly would not power on nor charge. Not wanting to put any money into it I procrastinated while shopping new phones but finally realized I would have to recover the old one for its content and also immediate use. Once again not knowing the issue (but assuming the battery) I wandered into this store Saturday evening an hour before close. They found a compatible battery right then and there- again quickly diagnosing the problem and asking for a very reasonable payment only when done. So I had dinner in the food court and just like that my phone was fixed the same night. Now I could take my time buying a new one. This little shop has politely provided me with real service and value WORTH EVERY PENNY.
