Benny was great to work with in getting my daughters phone repaired and working again. He was clear on the phone with cost, process and timing. We coordinated schedules and it was repaired in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend his services. -Scott
Set my phone was unrepairable but said he would sell me the exact same model for $120 and transfer my stuff to that after waiting another hour he brought the phone out to me, handed it to me and walked back inside. I checked the phone to realize that it was also not charging had no camera no flashlight I was basically unusable instead of fixing it right there. He told me to come back next day where again he did not fix the problem. give me my money and my Sim card back, but did not return my original phone.so after two days and calling out of work to try and fix my broken phone I had to wait another day, and when I received my phone, I opened... Will be perusing action funny he implied that I was poor because I was in my work clothes and wound not pay him 150 dollars for what turned out to be a broken phone thankfully I recorded most of our interactions!
Yesterday Benjamin from Phone Repair Medic installed a new battery in my iPhone Pro max 12 also a new screen saver. Benjamin is extremely helpful , knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. Today I encountered problems with not being able to access YouTube or Google search and Ben tried to walk me through different solutions. Having spent much of his time to no avail I contacted Apple Support. They couldn’t send a link to me either by text or email to run a diagnostic on my phone so I decided to contact my internet provider. They restarted my equipment and BINGO!!! Problem solved!!!
