I know it's been said but Josh is just an awesome guy! He is so helpful and knowledgeable about what he's doing and extremely fair priced. The conversation alone is worth stopping in. I recommend him to anyone that needs a repair or electronic accessories!
I went to phone ninjas today, after considering using the Apple care warranty or just supporting local so that I don't have to do the crazy options Apple has for me. First off, both gentleman were extremely kind. They were willing to troubleshoot what they think the problem is before getting into it so they could quote me. After inspection, and troubleshooting turns out I will have to deal with Apple care and one thing is I respect their honesty. Someone who is not willing to break a warranty because there just isn't enough outside knowledge of the issue and cares enough to say, "I hate turning people away who want to do business local but...... Josh is very knowledgeable. Very affordable especially compared to a different place I have experienced in town. I dropped my phone in a chicken water container and it started freaking out. I tried the rice trick, didn’t work. I tried charging it and turning it back on (do not do that) with no luck. Erased my youngest child’s pictures out of our life! He was able to get it working so I could get the data off I needed! Diagnosing, fixing, all the work to transfer AND a new screen was cheaper than just a new screen at the other place! Definitely recommend for your phone issues! Thanks Josh! Also has legos for your kids (or husbands) to build a... Josh is very knowledgeable. Josh was awesome! Screen was broke and they needed to order it. I was told it would be done by next day by the young guy working the counter. I came in and they informed me they needed a part that would take a few days which wasnt a problem but he threw in a battery free for the inconvenience. Upon picking the phone up the phone it works great and looks great! I'm concerned by previous reviews stating they keep miscellaneous screws? Sounds like tweaker activities and for the life of me I cant figure out why they think the owner would want screws as they are not a high value thing in a pawn shop 😅 nor does he strike me as a tweaker. We went in to get a battery for my phone and was told I didn’t need it so they fixed a few things, cleaned it and proceeded to clean my sister’s….overall a great experience, and wonderful staff. Great place to visit if you need it.
