Phone Lab

I rarely write reviews good or bad, but “Phone Lab” knocked it out of the park on service! My iPhone 14 was ran over by a golf cart and I assumed I was going to need a replacement. I found this place on Hwy 42 and was impressed immediately. Their knowledge, service, and pricing was top notch. They had my phone back good as new within 40 minutes at a very reasonable price. I would not go anywhere else! And no I’m not affiliated with Phone Lab whatsoever

I got my screen and the back of my phone fixed. I was also given a new battery and phone case for free! The customer service is excellent and the shop is so cute and welcoming with a nice scent snacks drinks and comfy chairs!

The only place I trust with my electronics repair. The owner herself is knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended!! 💞💞💞💞

I had a fantastic experience here! I compared pricing to other shops in the area and this was the most reasonable. I called the store the day before so they could order the original part from Samsung. She called me next morning to let me know the part was ready. Brought my phone in and it took less than an hour for Shirran to finish the screen repair. I'll be returning again whenever I have something break like this. Pricing, timeliness, customer service and quality of work sets this store above (plus Shirran is an expert and offers great tech advice/tips). Thank you so so much!!

Don’t even waste your time looking anywhere else for phone repair. Free diagnostics on the spot, complimentary snacks while you wait for the repair. At another store, I waited 2.5 hours for my phone to be repaired when I was the first customer there. Left and came here and got it diagnosed and fixed within the hour! Friendly, personable but most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE! And it smells incredible. Seriously, our time (and $$$) is precious these days, don’t waste it!
