I had my screen replaced here for around $200, and I regretted the decision almost immediately. From the day I picked up my phone, the touch screen wasn’t working properly. A short time later, after a tiny drop of only a couple of inches, the screen completely failed. A properly functioning replacement screen should not break from such a small impact, especially when it was already acting up beforehand. When I went back to explain this, the staff was dismissive and offered excuses rather than help. The manager wouldn’t even look at me, examine the phone, or take a moment to understand the situation. It felt like they had already decided the outcome before I even finished talking. When I returned, I wasn’t even asking for a new screen. I simply asked if they could help get the existing screen working well enough for me to transfer my data to a new phone, something that would not have required any replacement parts. Instead, I was offered a “discounted” fee for a data transfer service. After the issues I had already experienced with the repair and the dismissive attitude, I did not feel comfortable spending more money. Even this small request didn’t feel supported or aligned with their claim that they “work with you” even in cases of accidental damage. What concerns me even more is that after looking at other reviews, I’m seeing multiple customers describing nearly identical situations, screens that didn’t work properly after repair, screens failing after minimal impact, and dismissive treatment when they returned for help. Based on my experience and what others have shared, it feels like the screens used here may be low quality or the repairs may not be done with enough care. It does not seem like an isolated incident. Their website emphasizes compassion, customer satisfaction, and even promises to turn “unfortunate events into sighs of relief.” One of their pages states that repair parts are guaranteed for 365 days “minus accidental damage (but even then we’ll work with you).” My experience didn’t reflect those values or promises at all. At the end of the day, having my screen repaired here felt like a gamble, one I wish I hadn’t taken. I wish someone had shared an experience like mine beforehand, because I likely would have put that money toward a new phone instead. Hopefully this helps someone else make a more informed decision.
