Has fixed my phones multiple times, and when I needed a replacement he had the perfect recommendation. A rare gem of a positive retail experience. I had to take a phone elsewhere to repair under warranty and spent weeks of back and forth with those guys, and they didn't even fix it. Next time I'm just gonna ignore the warranty and take it straight here for a competent diagnosis.
